Returns Conditions (Right of Withdrawal)

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without penalty and without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 3 of the Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a request to: support@vitastrong.it.

• Return Address:

  • Globax Nutrition SRL c/o Advanced Logistica Via Onesto Scavino, 4 47891 Falciano, San Marino

• The returned products must be:

  • Intact

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete in all parts

  • Accompanied by the original tax documentation

• Refunds:

  • Will be issued within 90 days after verifying the returned items.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • If payment was made by bank transfer, the buyer must provide their IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC codes.
