Shipping Policy

• Shipping Coverage:

  • Vitastrong.it ships to:

    • All of Italy

    • All countries within the European Union

    • The Republic of San Marino

• Delivery Address Options:

  • Orders can be delivered to the address provided by the user or to a collection point selected during checkout.

• Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Italy: 1–2 working days (or up to 30 days max if unspecified)

  • European Union: 3–7 working days (or up to 30 days max)

• Failed Deliveries:

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be sent to a depot, and the buyer will be informed of how to reschedule delivery.

  • If delivery is still not possible within 30 days due to reasons not attributable to the seller, the contract may be terminated.

  • In such cases, the buyer will be refunded in full, excluding any extra charges related to chosen delivery methods.

  • Transport costs due to contract termination may apply and will be the buyer’s responsibility.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Paid by the buyer and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

• Transfer of Risk:

  • Responsibility for the products passes to the buyer upon delivery.

  • Ownership is transferred once full payment is received, including shipping costs.
